Namibians Can Enter to Win a Share of 120 Bottles of South African Wine

Wine lovers in Namibia have a very good reason to look south of the border this August.

Wineries.co.za is running its Ultimate South African Wine Giveaway, giving three lucky winners the chance to share an impressive collection of 120 bottles of South African wine.

Although the competition is primarily aimed at the South African market, Namibians are eligible to enter too.

There is just one important requirement for Namibian entrants: if you win, you must be able to provide a valid delivery address in South Africa. The competition is open to eligible entrants in both South Africa and Namibia, but prizes can only be delivered within South Africa.

120 Bottles, Three Winners

This is not a competition for just a bottle or two.

A total of 120 bottles of wine from participating South African wineries will be divided between three winners:

First prize: 60 bottles
Second prize: 42 bottles
Third prize: 18 bottles

The collection showcases wines from a variety of South African producers, with styles ranging from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Pinotage to Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Riesling and Cap Classique.

Participating producers featured in the competition include names such as Arendsig Wines, Nitida, Haute Cabrière, Ernie Els Wines, Klawer Wine Cellars, Manley Wine Estate and several others.

For any South African wine enthusiast, it is the sort of prize that could keep the wine rack well stocked for quite some time.

And for Namibian wine lovers with family, friends, a business connection or another suitable delivery address in South Africa, it is a competition well worth entering.

How to Enter from Namibia

Entering is straightforward and no purchase is required.

Entrants must be 18 years or older and complete the official entry form on the Wineries.co.za competition page.

Namibian entrants are permitted, but winners must be able to nominate a valid South African address where their prize can be delivered. Proof of identity and age may also be required before a prize is released.

Entrants can also increase their chances in the lucky draw by completing optional actions available on the competition page. These may include newsletter sign-ups, engaging with campaign content and referring friends.

Don't Leave It Too Late

The competition closes at 23:00 South African time on 31 August 2026, with the winner draw scheduled to take place on 1 September 2026.

So, if you are in Namibia, over 18 and have access to a suitable delivery address in South Africa, there is no reason to sit this one out.
